Students will need to arrive on campus for Harvest at 12pm on Sunday, August 23, at the Yale Farm. The Yale Farm is located at 345 Edwards street, between Prospect and Whitney. For more information about the Yale Farm, click here.

Students traveling to the New Haven area on Saturday, August 22 will need to arrange a place to stay that night. Some hotels within walking distance of campus include the Courtyard Marriott at Yale, the Omni Hotel, and the New Haven Hotel.

Students will arrive back on campus directly from their Harvest trips around noon on Friday, August 28. You will not be able to enter your dorm rooms for the fall until you return from your Harvest trip, so bring with you only what you need for your trip. You are also permitted to bring one small bag, which you will be able to store during your trip. This bag should be marked CLEARLY with your name and college. Please ship the rest of your belongings to campus, or have your parents bring them to campus on the day you move in. Your parents will be able to enter your room early Friday, August 28, even without you there.
